5. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Liability

9. Insurance

Hedge Trimming West Ham maintains comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during the provision of our services. Clients are not responsible for any such damages up to the limits of our insurance coverage.

10. Warranties

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If a client is not satisfied with the quality of work performed, they must notify us within 7 days, and we will address and rectify the issue at no additional cost.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

Mutual agreement to terminate the services.
Breach of terms by either party.
Force majeure events that make it impossible to continue services.

11.1 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. Any deposits or advance payments will be refunded based on the extent of services provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Ham.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
